Per my understand, kafka-reassign-partitions.sh should be the one to move given
partitions as jayden notices. I've replicated the issue in house so we can
remove "or alterd" from the usage, correct?
Meanwhile, I've confirmed with [~gwenshap] that partition re-assignment is
being completely re-architected (see:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-4+-+Command+line+and+centralized+administrative+operations)
and there are few JIRAs already being worked on: KAFKA-1678, KAFKA-1792 and
possibly others. Any thoughts from experts?
