The following crucial behaviors are not covered by
{{PlaintextConsumerCallbackTest}} for now.
# {{onPartitionsLost}} is not tested at all.
# {{onPartitionsRevoked}} is only triggered by {{close()}} in the current
tests. The cases of {{unsubscribe()}} and assignment changes (for example, a
new member joining the group) are missing.
# {{onPartitionsAssigned}} should be invoked even though no partition is
assigned to this consumer.
