There are many formatters which can parse the internal records, but we don't
have any documentation for them. At the very least, we should list them in the
help text of {{--formatter}} ({{{}messageFormatterOpt{}}}), and mention that
{{exclude.internal.topics=false}} is required when reading internal topics.
