{{maybeRemoveAndNotifyListenersOnMemberLeave}} reads the session under the
lock, but {{onMemberLeave}} runs outside it. If another thread replaces the
session in between, {{onMemberLeave}} -> {{releaseSession}} ->
{{cache.remove(key)}} still removes by key, so it removes the new session
instead of the old one.
