Trying to find the release notes for 3.9.1, I first navigated the [release
announcement
page|https://kafka.apache.org/blog/2025/05/20/apache-kafka-3.9.1-release-announcement/]
and followed the [release notes
link|https://downloads.apache.org/kafka/3.9.1/RELEASE_NOTES.html] from there.
This results in a 404 Not Found response.
I checked _some_ other versions (not all) but found no other release notes
missing.
