I'm new for Kafka dev, when I read the "Developer Guide", I found the the links
were broken.
And I found the Code / Documentation Contributing Guide in wiki, so I'd like to
fix the broken links.
Fix plan:
The Code Contributing link will be replaced with [1]
The Doc Contributing link will be replaced with [2]
Official releases link will be replaced with "/downloads.html", it refers to
https://kafka.apache.org/community/downloads/
