Hi Anatolii, I think we haven't had time to fully review this KIP yet. I see open questions on the DISCUSS thread from Jun, Ivan, and a few others.
There are still a lot of unknowns here. For example, what relationship does this have with the KIP-1176 proposal (Tiered Storage for Active Log Segment)? What relationship does this have with the work which AutoMQ recently open sourced?
