1. For completeness, there is another feature streams.version. 2. "The default value of this metric should be the default value of the feature." This metric reports the finalized level for each feature, right? If a feature is not set, should the metric report 0? 3. If we plan to deprecate the old metric, it will be useful to set a timeline, e.g. in 5.0.
