This matches my understanding and captures contributors' intent really well. Approved-by are all of the contributors with write access to the repo that want the changes merged and included to Apache Kafka. Reviewed-by are all of the contributors without write access to the repo that want the changes merged to Apache Kafka. Commented-by are all of the contributors that participated in the PR discussion but didn't officially approve that the changes should be included in the repository. Thanks! -- -José
