In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-14995 we added a script to
update the collaborators section in our .asf.yaml file. At the moment it needs
to be run manually, and someone has to open a PR and merge a PR to make the
update.
It would be good to run this script automatically as a GitHub Action.
