@frankvicky @chia7712 , this patch should be merged _after RC vote passed_ based on the [release guide](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Release+Process#ReleaseProcess-Afterthevotepasses). With this patch merged, the current default documentation is pointing to 4.0 doc, but v4.0 is not released, yet. I don't think this is the time to merge it.
