Kafka Streams did make changes to metric over the year.
It seems corresponding docs
[https://kafka.apache.org/documentation/#kafka_streams_monitoring] did not get
every update they need.
For example, the follow thread-level metrics are missing
| ||process \| punctuate \| commit \| poll-ratio (dynamic gauge)| |
| ||poll-records (avg \| max)| |
| ||process-records (avg \| max)| |
There might be other issue... We should double check what KIP we did, and what
updates we need to make to the docs to get back on track.
