Pramithas, you may be encountering a security setting we have in our GitHub. Only PRs from committers and certain community members will automatically run. Other PRs will need a committer to manually approve or add the "ci-approved" label before the workflow will run.
It looks like your recent PR has the necessary label applied https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/18525 If you want to re-trigger the CI you can just push an empty commit to your PR.
