Divij, I have edited 3.9.0 in JIRA so that it now shows up as "released."

Also, 3.6.2 has been archived, in accordance with our usual policy. The website 
points to our archive links already.

Chia-Ping Tsai, yes, all subsequent 3.9 fixes should be 3.9.1.
