After some discussion about the earlier KIP-1042 we have rewritten it to focus on the implementation of a GLOB pattern type. Please review and comment.
We have removed all discussion of the Trie implementation and focus on what is required for the GLOB implementation. The KIP does assume that the Trie implementation will be available. Thank you, Claude
