I don't think we should bind to a release not 1) stable by documentation 2)
from a community/time perspective
[~gwenshap] can you take a look at the system tools function that [~lindong] is
bring up. Maybe you can create a new class (i.e.
org.apache.kafka.utils.ZooKeeperCLI) that will provides the same functionality
that org.apache.zookeeper.ZooKeeperMain is doing in the previous versions....
Then switch the tests to use this new class file.
This way the tests work with 3.4.6 :)
