Thanks for your interest and I would appreciate the help with the implementation. I don't have a lot of code to show at the moment. The existing KRaft implementation is in the "raft" Java module in the apache/kafka repo. I am planning to create a set of sub-tasks under KAFKA-14094 soon, to give a rough outline of what needs implementing. Thanks, -- -José
