I think I found it :)

Go to "project settings"
Pick your module (I picked "core")
"Paths" tab
And change the paths to:
/Users/Natty/apache/kafka-new/core/build/classes/main
and
/Users/Natty/apache/kafka-new/core/build/classes/test

Don't use the project inherited paths, because we have a build dir per module.
