Fix For: 4.0.0
The kafka.tools.JmxTool (core module) has been deprecated and migrated to
org.apache.kafka.tools.JmxTool (tools module) in 3.5. With that release,
kafka.tools.JmxTool prints a warning and then redirects to the new class. This
is just a reminder to get rid of that redirection in 4.0.
