Thanks for reporting this issue.
We can discuss this issue in KAFKA-13597.
As I mentioned in KAFKA-13597, I suspected that this could be:
1. bad config without correct validator
2. idempotence related components (ex: transactionManger) causes the memory
leak.

We need your help to narrow down the issue for troubleshooting.
