Hello, I'm interested in playing on your project Kafka.
After looking around, I've found an issue (KAFKA-13217 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-13217>) that I can tackle in. I've read the description and comments on that thread. At the first time, it was not clear to me, but thanks to the documentation and easy-to-read blogs, I've understood the point. Can I get a chance to work on it?
