Hi, David, Thanks for the KIP. It seems that we removed MinVersionLevel from ZK and FeatureLevelRecord in the latest change. Should we remove MinVersionLevel from ApiVersionsResponse too? Should we bump up the version in FeatureLevelRecord and ApiVersionsRequest?
