The plan suggests the following dates: KIP Freeze: 15 October 2021 Feature Freeze: 29 October 2021 Code Freeze: 12 November 2021 At least two weeks of stabilization will follow Code Freeze. I have included all the currently approved KIPs targeting 3.1.0. Please let me know if I should add/remove any to/from the plan. Please let me know if you have any objections.
