Thanks for the update.

Added KIP-653 since it has been adopted. I also added "3.0.0 (WIP)" in the
Release column of the Adopted KIPs table in
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Kafka+Improvement+Proposals
because the work (according to KAFKA-9366) is currently in progress.

This is the table I'm currently tracking when adding adopted KIPs
tentatively into the release plan.

Not including KIP-719 to the release plan just yet because it's still under
discussion. Happy to add it once we conclude voting on it.
