Hi Kafka developers, I'd like to start the discussion for KIP - 603 <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-603%3A+Change+%60ConfigEntry%60+value+to+use+optional+fields>. The gist of the KIP is to use `Optional` for a field that can be null to provide a better API for the callers.
