100. CreateDelegationTokenResponse/DescribeDelegationTokenResponse. It seems that "validVersions" should be "0-2". 101. The option --users "owner1,owner2" in AclCommand. Since SSL user name can include comma, perhaps we could use semicolon as the separator.
