Part of JSPWIKI-1325.

Add Lithuanian (lt) as a language of JSPWiki:
* the resource bundles CoreResources_lt, templates/default_lt and 
plugin/PluginResources_lt (about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module lt with the 38 core wiki pages, listed in 
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck and in the list of 
WikiSyntaxConverter.

java TranslationsCheck lt compares the keys of the bundles with the English 
ones.

Please take this issue only if you speak Lithuanian, or if someone who does can 
review the result.
