Part of JSPWIKI-1325.

Add Indonesian (id) as a language of JSPWiki:
* the resource bundles CoreResources_id, templates/default_id and 
plugin/PluginResources_id (about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module id with the 38 core wiki pages, listed in 
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck and in the list of 
WikiSyntaxConverter.

java TranslationsCheck id compares the keys of the bundles with the English 
ones.

Please take this issue only if you speak Indonesian, or if someone who does can 
review the result.
