I can reproduce the issue on all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). The "XML 
parsing error" only happens in Firefox (so maybe that's a red herring), but the 
link is rendered as "Pic/pdf.png" and points to 
"https://jspwiki-wiki.apache.org/Wiki.jsp?page=Picpdf.png"; on all browsers.
