Hi!

JSPWiki is servlet 3.1 based, which means you need at least tomcat 9 to run
it (or tomcat 8, with some tweaks, see [#1])

IIRC, we do use some methods from servlet 3.1, so downgrading to servlet
3.0 won't be enough to run JSPWiki.
