I've just pushed a fix for [#2] and the ci build has just finished, so it should be fixed by now. As for [#1], we should probably rewrite most of the page. The new Dockerfile isn't published on Docker Hub (yet). We should most probably host it at the apache account, and also make use of automated builds, that should be triggered with each tag/release.
