Hi,

this should be fixed on 2.11.0-M8-git-01. It wasn't as straightforward as I
thought, but should be fixed on latest master.

As of the page index not being done, it seems it was simply not done. I
suspect page indexing was kicked indirectly, and that was probably lost on
one of the refactorings that took place on 2.11.0.M7.

Next thing I'm planning to do is to add a couple of functional tests so
edits and page searches can be automatically tested.
