The Getting Started wiki page has been added to over many years. Some of the
content is wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Much of it will not be relevant
to many visitors, and potentially confusing for new visitors.
The content of this page will be updated in several stages, but this specific
Jira deals only with the initial re-organisation of the current content. The
new Getting Started page will be much clearer and simpler, but it will also act
as an anchor for the new pages which carry the original (as yet unedited)
detailed content.
