This fairly trivial Jira is mainly an exercise for me to remember how to create
a Jira and update the wiki.
The "Getting Started" wiki page is easily found via the search box, but
visitors might not know what to search for!
At minimum I believe there should be a link to this page from the "Downloads"
page. Ideally, there would also be another link on the "Main" page's left menu
"General" links.
Once I remember how to do these things(!), I will assign the task to myself and
then produce an update to the wiki source.
