Description:
After some more investigation I find out that this has nothing to do with
[Commit|https://github.com/apache/jspwiki/commit/af2067a84bfc05a9f22eeca2c27560b53bd65cc6].
The IE11 issue has something to do with the body.can-flex > .container CSS.
