Is this limit per-page (in which case 1000 seems more than reasonable), or for 
the JSPWiki running instance as a whole (perhaps upping to 3000-5000 would be 
preferable then.)  I don't see much reason to spend time coding JSPWiki to 
support an infinite number of attachments at a cost of other work getting done, 
since 3000 will cover 98% of our possible audience anyway.
