Aleksander,
Check out the "TemplateManager.addResourceRequest" API which can be used to
inject CSS or JAVASCRIPT resources into a JSPWiki page.
Example:
TemplateManager.addResourceRequest( context,
TemplateManager.RESOURCE_SCRIPT,
context.getURL( WikiContext.NONE, "..../my-javascript.js" ) );
