This is a very advanced and complex task, but it is attainable.
Need to learn iPojo first:

The main thing is this should not break any existing functionality, but simple
enhance the managers, to allow them to dynamically add jar files on the fly.
Maybe to start with you just attach plugin jar files to a page, which would
activate them. You could limit that page to "Admin" users only. Deleting the
attached plugin would invalidate it.
