Hi,

recently Apache Infra launched http://status.apache.org (see below), which
was followed soon afterwards, with the
possibility to monitor local services, and to subscribe to a monitoring
list, to know as soon as possible when
something has gone wrong.

I asked them to include a monitor for jspwiki-wiki.a.o, which is now
reachable through
http://status.apache.org/pubsub/manage.cgi.
