* *ecs-changes-201408.tar.gz*: contains all but two of the ECS replacement 
classes, leaving just the PluginBean.java and RSS10Feed.java for someone
else; also contains a couple of new utility classes to build JDOM2 content
* *RecentChangesPluginTest*: as the JDOM2 serializer puts out double quotes and 
orders attributes differently, the test changes slightly.
