Two issues IGNITE-20466 [1] and IGNITE-22775 [2] are closed recently.
It fixes the long-time broken Sonar checks invoked by GitHub Actions for
PRs and master branch.
Besides, it now also supports Sonar checks for PRs from external forks
(which is a usual way for contribution in fact).
Scan results are accumulated at the SonarCloud.io [3] site. Short check
summary is also attached to PR as a comment.
Note, that the maintainer approval is still required to run checks for
PRs from external forks created by non-maintainers.
