Hi Igniters! Let's take part in the Hacktober fest this year!

https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/

We can gain from participation some minor bag fixes, spelling or compiler
warnings, etc. All these things I’m sure we have in the backlog.

As you know, the more contributors - the better the Apache project looks
in vanity numbers. Maybe someone will stay with us, maybe not. This year
they also count documentation contributions.

Another reason to take part is that we can check our onboarding processes:
how easy is it for the new person to start with compilation or tests?

What we need this week:

- Some (30? 50?) simple tickets (what we usually label as “newbie”)
- Some volunteers prepare the GitHub repository following the guidelines
https://hacktoberfest.com/participation/#maintainers

What we need in October:
- Some volunteers to help the hacktober contributors, review, merge and
label issues so that they will get the deserved points

What do you think?

Cheers,
Kseniya
