Summary: Ignore letters' case for tracing scopes' names

Presently, it's forced to provide a scope name in the uppercase (DISCOVERY,
EXCHANGE, COMMUNICATION, TX):

Remove this limitation allowing to write the letters in any case
("communication", "tx", "Exchange", etc.)
