Not all tests from the IgniteOpenCensusSuite are currently running on TeamCity.
It seems that it due to incorrect TC settings - TEST_SUITE value for OpenCensus
suite configuration should be IgniteOpenCensusSuite but the current value is
OpenCensusMetricExporterSpiTest [1].
Unless this is done on purpose, can anyone help me to fix this issue?
