I created the Apache Ignite Documentation 2.8 with all the new pages except for ML, which I and Alexey are still working on. The docs are not published yet, but you can see them under version 2.8.0 if you log into readme.io. The ML pages could take a while, but other than that the initial plan on creating the docs is accomplished, so it's no longer an obstacle to announcing the release.
