{{CommandList.CACHE}}, {{CommandList.WAL}}, {{CommandList.SET_STATE}}, 
{{CommandList.ENCRYPTION}} commands have their own specific arguments. They are 
skipped in tests:
* testParseAndValidateSSLArguments
* testParseAndValidateUserAndPassword
* testConnectionSettings
Need to refactor tests and avoid skips:
