PersistenceTest.TestBaselineTopology sets IGNITE_BASELINE_AUTO_ADJUST_ENABLED
env var, there are two issues:
* If the test fails, the variable is not reset
* If the test succeeds, the variable is cleared instead of being reset to
previous value (whatever it might be)
