Sorry, but one PMC member opinion about RC building process is not a part of the RC building process. Feel free to discuss updates with the community. Despite is it not yet part of RC building process, you can whatever you want as part of testing. More testing, the better the quality of the release. Each maintainer is encouraged to check module he/she is interested in.
