Summary: Yardstick should allow modifier when starting servers

Currently, Yardstick will start as many copies of Ignite as specified in the
configuration file. However there is currently no way to customise the
behaviour of each of those nodes. The example I'm currently working with is
forcing CPU affinity.
Related: it's also error prone to specify multiple nodes (when the number is
large). It would be nice to have some kind of shorthand to say you want, say,
four nodes on this particular host.
