IGNITE-1436: Build C++ API on the Mac
Creating PR to 'advertise' that it's being worked on. Tasks still to
complete:
* Test on Linux / Windows to make sure I've not broken anything
* Final step in build: need to `install_name_tool -add_rpath
$(JAVA_HOME)/jre/lib/server ignite` but I've not found a way to automate that
* Tests, ODBC driver and thin-client don't currently build
